Product Care and Inventory Management

We have a premium online system which programs and processes your consignments. You will be given an online portal with bookable delivery slots, once offloaded, the items are scanned into our warehouse and an inventory is taken. We take this detailed approach because being retailers ourselves, we understand the importance of this step and pride ourselves on the care we take for products.

Product Returns

We take the responsibility away from you by managing returns. With a team and warehouse dedicated to returned products we make sure goods are brought back and sent to you within a watertight process, reducing financial losses and lost stock. Other couriers do not offer this service as standard, this makes Epic unique, we want to work with you to make your life as easy as possible.
